Student dormitory steel-wood bed: Bed (L2000mm × W1100mm × H1900mm, one set)
1. Board Grade: All boards are made of 18mm-thick E0-grade melamine-faced particleboard that complies with the GB/T 39600-2021 standard “Classification of Formaldehyde Emission from Man-made Boards and Their Products,” specifically meeting the E0 grade requirement, with a formaldehyde emission level of ≤0.05 mg/m³.
2. Edge-banding process: The edges of the board feature visible PVC edge banding, processed using PVC edge banding with a thickness of 1.5 mm to 1.8 mm (or an even more advanced process). This complies with the QB/T 4463-2013 standard “Technical Requirements for Edge Banding Strips Used in Furniture.”
3. Bed frame with load-bearing upright posts: The main load-bearing posts are made of steel with a wall thickness of 1.2 mm or greater, featuring a specially shaped tube design that is both aesthetically pleasing, sturdy, and durable. The contact surfaces of the bed’s upright posts are designed with smooth, rounded transitions, enhancing user safety in case of collisions. The tubing is formed through rolling and pressing using specialized roll-forming equipment.
The bed frame and bed supports are made of steel pipes with a thickness of no less than 1.2 mm. The number of bed supports is designed reasonably, providing strong support. The joining process between the metal frame of the bed frame and its upright posts must be advanced, scientific, aesthetically pleasing, and robust.
Step cabinet: 600mm × 340mm × 230mm
1. The staircase’s primary load-bearing structure is a metal frame, with steel pipe wall thickness no less than 1.5 mm. 2. The treads are made of 18-mm-thick E0-grade particleboard fixed to the metal frame.
3. Each step is equipped with an aluminum alloy guard strip at its front end.
