1. Board Grade: All boards are made of 18mm-thick E0-grade melamine-faced plywood, compliant with the E0-grade standard specified in GB/T 39600-2021 “Classification of Formaldehyde Emission from Man-made Boards and Their Products,” with a formaldehyde emission level of ≤0.05 mg/m³.
2. Edge-banding process: The edges of the board feature PVC edge banding visible around the perimeter, treated with PVC edge banding that is 1.5 mm to 1.8 mm thick (or using a more advanced process). The product complies with the QB/T 4463-2013 standard “Technical Requirements for Edge-Banding Strips Used in Furniture,” and must meet the following performance criteria: resistance to dry heat, abrasion resistance, and resistance to cracking (anti-cracking performance). Formaldehyde emission levels must conform to the national E0-grade testing standards.

1. Mid-ladder structure: The spacing between mid-ladders is 50–60 cm;
