Solid wood bunk bed (L2000mm * W1000mm * H1850mm, one set)
1. The primary material used is Russian AA-grade Scots pine. After drying, the wood’s equilibrium moisture content is ≤12%.
2. The load-bearing parts of the bed frame utilize a mortise-and-tenon structure, with some sections assembled using screws. For areas prone to loosening—such as the bed posts and crossbars—the mortise-and-tenon joint with grooves is employed; the depth to which the bed rails are inserted into the bed posts must be no less than 10 mm.
3. Overall Material, Craftsmanship, and Manufacturing Requirements: All boards must undergo high-temperature sterilization, degreasing, and fiber softening treatments. Solid wood materials shall be free from cracks, decay, resin pockets, dead knots, holes, sapwood, and resin channels. The surface color should be uniform with minimal color variation. All joints must be sealed with adhesive. The overall structure shall employ a mortise-and-tenon joint system, featuring the natural wood color. The finish consists of three coats on the underside and two coats on the visible surfaces, using standard national-grade low-VOC, environmentally friendly UV roller-coating paint applied via UV roller-coating technology.
Step cabinet (L1000mm * W560mm * 1276mm)
1. Russian larch is used. After drying, the wood’s equilibrium moisture content is ≤12%.
2. Pedal dimensions: Length 560 mm × Width 220 mm × Thickness 45 mm (allowable tolerance for external dimensions is ±3 mm). The surface features an anti-slip textured design.
3. Three-layer, two-sided construction using standard-compliant, low-odor, environmentally friendly UV roller-coating paint and UV roller-coating technology.
